This success is the result of the combination of modern technology and solid expertise of the medical team, making Bai Chay Hospital a reliable support, the province's final line in many key specialties.

In 2025, the Quang Ninh Health sector made a special mark when it successfully performed the first kidney transplants at the Provincial General Hospital and the Vietnam - Sweden Uong Bi Hospital. This is considered a high-tech technique of modern medicine, requiring elaborate preparation in terms of facilities, human resources and professional coordination. To implement this technique, more than 100 doctors and medical staff of Quang Ninh were trained at the Viet Duc and Guangxi Friendship Hospitals (China). The equipment system was also invested synchronously, meeting the strict standards of the Ministry of Health .
