New residential planning area southeast of Gia Loc town

Gia Loc District People's Committee has just approved the detailed planning, scale 1/500, of the new residential area southeast of Gia Loc town.

The planning research scale is about 36.7 hectares. The residential area is adjacent to Chua So - Quang Giang canal; the safety corridor of Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway; the safety corridor of National Highway 38B and agricultural land, cemetery. In which the detailed planning area of ​​the residential area is 22.16 hectares; the planned population is expected to be about 2,300 people.

The residential area includes townhouses (maximum 5 floors) arranged along traffic routes, villas (maximum 3 floors). The commercial service area is planned in the west, adjacent to the National Highway 38B corridor, with building heights from 3-5 floors.

The public area includes: 1 educational land, 1 cultural house land, 1 sports field. The green park area is a gathering place for recreational activities serving the people in the area including: green trees, a park area combined with a central square and flower gardens scattered throughout the residential area.

Arrange parking lots at points adjacent to residential land and urban public land.
