Dong Nhan village is located outside the Cau River dike, with more than 100 households and 430 people. Continuous heavy rains in recent days have caused the river water to rise, flooding the houses of most households. Local authorities and functional forces have focused on supporting people to move their belongings and evacuate to safe places; at the same time, fully arranging necessary necessities to support people in isolated areas that had to be evacuated.
In Dong Yen village, heavy rain caused the water level of Ngu Huyen Khe river to rise. Due to the impact of the storm, the surface and slope of the dike passing through the village appeared a slide with a depth of 40-50cm, about 15m long. The dike surface had many subsidence and cracks, causing difficulties for people and vehicles to travel.

During an inspection at Van Phuc neighborhood, the working group noted that prolonged heavy rains caused the Cau River to rise and flood into the homes of some households, affecting their lives and activities.
At the places she inspected, Comrade Nguyen Thi Huong asked about the living conditions of the people and gave gifts to 5 households that were severely flooded in Van Phuc neighborhood. She requested the local authorities and functional forces to continue to take timely measures to warn people about the flood situation so that they can take preventive measures to avoid loss of life and property.

He emphasized that due to storms overlapping storms, landslides are possible, so villages and neighborhoods must not be subjective or negligent, and must be ready to deploy response measures.
Faced with the situation of the dike running through Dong Yen village collapsing, he requested the local authorities to take measures to warn people and vehicles to ensure safety; at the same time, urgently develop a plan to prevent and combat natural disasters, and be ready to handle any incidents.
