The working delegation of Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh, including representatives of leaders of relevant departments, branches, units, project investors, Provincial People's Committee Office, and local authorities, inspected the actual situation at the Project.

After the on-site inspection, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh also chaired a meeting to listen to a progress report on the implementation of the Ca Ty River Apartment Project in recent times.

This is an investment project to serve the resettlement needs of households whose land is subject to land acquisition and relocation to implement the Ca Ty River Embankment Project (section from Duc Thanh Bridge to Ung Van Khiem Street) and resettlement for other projects to improve the landscape and urban embellishment.

According to the report of the investor representative, the Provincial Management Board of Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Projects, the Ca Ty River Apartment Project has a total investment of nearly 800 billion VND from the local budget, with an implementation period of 3 years from 2023.

Project scale includes: Apartment block (6 blocks 8 floors high/block and auxiliary parts); flower garden, park - trees; traffic roads and related technical infrastructure system; river embankment; overall power supply; ground leveling; equipment...

Investor representative reported on project implementation status at the meeting.

In the past time, the investor has completed 41 bid packages and passed the bidding process.

Currently, the project only has 2 equipment packages that have not been implemented (tables, chairs, elevators, cameras and wastewater treatment systems). At the same time, many construction and equipment supply packages are being focused on construction, with the possibility of completion in the second half of 2025 and in 2026.

Representatives of relevant departments and branches participated in giving opinions.

Regarding capital disbursement, by the end of June, more than 237.7 billion VND had been disbursed; it is expected that 100% of the 2025 capital plan will be disbursed by the end of December...

With the above implementation status, representatives of relevant departments, branches, units, localities and investors also discussed and proposed solutions to some difficulties and problems in the project construction process, especially in the work of document appraisal, compensation for site clearance, resettlement arrangement as well as the work that continues to be focused on implementation...

Through on-site inspection and listening to the report at the meeting, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh acknowledged the efforts of the investor, departments, branches, units and localities in ensuring the project's construction progress.

In the coming time, the provincial leaders require relevant parties to review the work that has been done or not done, actively coordinate to review the legality of the documents serving the project's site clearance work. In addition, the feasibility of all items will be assessed to have an adjustment plan suitable to the current reality, aiming to ensure the effectiveness of this project.

In addition, the provincial leaders also requested to urgently complete the project's Compensation, Support and Resettlement Council, continue to urge contractors to speed up the implementation progress, ensuring that the progress must exceed or equal the time according to the signed contract.
