The Ha Long Xanh Urban Complex Project has a scale of over 4,100 hectares, affecting 3,388 households and organizations in Ha An Ward and Tuan Chau Ward. Currently, 1,474 households have received money and handed over the land, 26 households are eligible for resettlement; the remaining cases are continuing to complete documents and compensation plans.
With the public park project in Tuan Chau ward, the scale is nearly 356,000m², affecting 15 households, businesses, and a number of infrastructure works. Up to now, most of the land has been counted, the ward is completing the steps of appraisal, approving the compensation plan, and is expected to issue a decision to reclaim the land before November 15, 2025.
After conducting field inspections and listening to reports from localities and units, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Anh affirmed: The province will accompany, remove obstacles, and create favorable conditions for key projects to be implemented on schedule, contributing to achieving the growth target of 14% by 2025.
He requested that departments and branches continue to work with the locality to resolve difficulties; closely follow the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, ensure that the site is cleared and handed over to the site; request the investor to construct in stages, avoiding the situation of leaving the land vacant for a long time, causing waste of resources. He requested the People's Committee of Tuan Chau ward to urgently clear the land of 3 enterprises that are subject to clearance for the public park project, to be completed in November 2025.
