From October 3-4, the Investigation Security Department, Lao Cai Provincial Police coordinated to organize the Mid-Autumn Festival and give many gifts to nearly 500 children in Xuan Hoa and Phinh Ho communes; the total cost was nearly 200 million VND, from socialized sources.

* In Xuan Hoa commune

On October 3, the Investigation Security Department, Lao Cai Provincial Police coordinated with the Youth Union of Xuan Hoa Commune Police to organize "Mid-Autumn Festival for Children" for more than 300 students of Xuan Hoa Kindergarten No. 1 and Ban Nham Kindergarten.

* In Phinh Ho commune

On October 4, the Investigation Security Department, Lao Cai Provincial Police organized the program "Mid-Autumn Festival of Love" and cooked a loving meal for students at Giang La Pan School, Hoa Mi Kindergarten, Phinh Ho Commune.

The program attracted a large number of children and villagers to participate.

At the program, the unit also gave 130 gifts (including milk, blankets, school supplies, moon cakes, lanterns), 130 gifts (including 10 kg of rice, salt, moon cakes, 100,000 VND) to 130 children and 130 poor households in the area.

Immediately after that, the villagers installed water pipes from the source to the school. Water purifiers and washing machines were installed and put into use.
