Tuyen Quang Education Sector joins hands to overcome flood consequences

In the spirit of “mutual love and support,” the Department of Education and Training of Tuyen Quang province has just organized meaningful and timely activities to support schools that suffered heavy damage due to the impact of storm No. 10 and floods in Ha Giang Ward 1 and Ha Giang Ward 2.

Director of the Department of Education and Training Vu Dinh Hung and the working delegation participated in supporting schools in Ha Giang 1 ward that suffered heavy damage due to floods.

On October 4 and 5, the Board of Directors of the Department of Education and Training, together with more than 200 officials and civil servants from the Department's departments, officials and teachers from less affected high schools, directly visited, encouraged and provided emergency support at schools in Ha Giang 1 and Ha Giang 2 wards, Tuyen Quang province - the areas that suffered the most damage in the floods caused by storm No. 10.

The delegation visited and presented gifts to encourage teachers and students of the schools. In particular, the staff and teachers directly assisted in cleaning up the campus, classrooms and facilities that were damaged by mud and floodwaters. This support in terms of human resources and materials is extremely important, helping schools to quickly stabilize the situation, creating conditions for students to quickly return to school.

This activity is not only a material support but also a great source of spiritual encouragement for teachers and students of affected schools, as well as for the staff, civil servants and public employees of the Tuyen Quang Education sector, demonstrating the sense of responsibility and solidarity of the Tuyen Quang Education sector to promptly overcome the consequences of the flood.
