Phu Luong needs to exploit its full potential in economic development and maintain national security and defense.

That was the direction of the Provincial Police Director Nguyen Duc Thuan at the 2nd Conference of the Phu Luong Commune Party Executive Committee (expanded), term 2025-2030, held on the morning of October 14. Attending the Conference were representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, members of the Commune Party Executive Committee; secretaries of branches and affiliated Party Committees.

Comrade Nguyen Duc Thuan, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Director of Tuyen Quang Provincial Police attended and directed the Conference.

At the Conference, delegates listened to the Press Release on the results of the 1st Congress of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030; Resolution of the 1st Congress of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030; Plan No. 24-KH/TU, dated August 11, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee on implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW; Plan No. 07-KH/DU dated September 16, 2025 of the Commune Party Committee on implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation; Draft Report on the results of leadership, direction and implementation of socio-economic development tasks, ensuring national defense and security, Party building work, government, and the Fatherland Front of the commune in the third quarter, and key directions and tasks in the fourth quarter of 2025.

At the Conference, delegates seriously studied, discussed, contributed opinions, continued to complete reports for promulgation; at the same time focused on analyzing difficulties and obstacles, proposing and adding specific tasks and solutions to create unity in leadership, direction, striving, and determination to successfully and comprehensively carry out the political tasks and socio -economic development of the Party Committee of the commune in 2025, creating an important premise to implement the goals and targets of the entire term 2025 - 2030.

Speaking at the Conference, Director of the Provincial Police Nguyen Duc Thuan highly appreciated the results of the implementation of the tasks of socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, Party building, government and Fatherland Front work of Phu Luong commune. Along with that, the organization and political system of the new commune have been operated smoothly. He emphasized that Phu Luong commune after the merger is a large commune, with great conditions and potential for development because it borders Phu Tho province. The commune needs to do a good job of regional linkage to promote economic and social development, improve people's lives. The border area brings many advantages but has potential complications in security and order, so the commune needs to grasp the situation and ensure security and order in the locality.
