Ea Khal commune women promote tradition, master technology, build prosperous and happy families

The Ea Khal Commune Women's Union currently has 40 women's associations in villages, hamlets and commune police with 132 groups. In recent times, the commune women's associations have actively participated in patriotic emulation movements and union activities, making practical contributions to the process of building and developing the economy , culture and society, and ensuring national security and defense in the locality.

The women's movement and activities of the Commune Women's Union have been renewed. Members have applied information technology in the work of the union. The Union has built a Facebook page, Zalo group, used basic software to manage members, report statistics... achieving 100% of the targets set out in the resolution; established a model to gather members on cyberspace with nearly 1,000 members participating.

The campaign "Building a family of 5 no's and 3 clean's" has been widely deployed with practical content and criteria such as building models of " Collecting recycled waste to raise funds", Plant and take care of flower streets, collect waste, limit the use of plastic bags, help poor households, support women in starting businesses; 100% of branches maintain cultural, artistic, and sports clubs.

Activities to support women in starting and developing businesses are implemented synchronously in many forms, mobilizing the participation and support of many female members in the commune. During the term, the commune's women's union supported 25 members in difficult circumstances with loans totaling 360 million VND for them to invest in opening hair salons, raising goats, cows, pigs, grocery stores, etc.; supporting and guiding union members to participate in online advertising, livestreaming, starting businesses, and selling on social networking platforms.

In the 2020 - 2025 term, the women's associations in the commune admitted 550 new members, bringing the total number of women's associations in the commune to 2,917 members.

With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Creativity - Development", the 1st Congress of Women's Delegates of Ea Khal Commune for the 2025 - 2030 term called on all cadres, members and women in the commune to promote good traditions, spirit of autonomy, creativity, integration, aspiration to rise up, seize opportunities, overcome difficulties and challenges, and be determined to build a strong Association.

The Congress set out a number of key tasks : Supporting women to develop comprehensively to meet the requirements of the new era, building prosperous, happy, progressive and civilized families; mobilizing society to implement gender equality for the development of women; participating in building a clean and strong Party and political system, participating in state management, building the great national unity bloc; developing members and building a strong Union organization; promoting the active and proactive role of the Union and women in people's foreign affairs.

At the Congress, the Presidium announced the Decision to appoint the Executive Committee of the Ea Khal Commune Women's Union, Term I, consisting of 45 members, of which the Standing Committee has 11 members. Comrade H'Khéo Nie, Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Ea Khal Commune Women's Union, term 2025 - 2030.
