Currently, the ward is implementing many large projects, the locality needs to focus on promoting propaganda and mobilization work, creating high consensus and unity so that people comply with the city's policies and guidelines, especially in site clearance work; at the same time, carry out site clearance compensation in accordance with regulations.

In the first 9 months of 2025, the Party Committee of Duong Kinh Ward led and directed the comprehensive implementation of political tasks, especially the operation of the 2-level local government apparatus. The Ward achieved outstanding results in many fields. Typically, it coordinated with the Duong Kinh Area Project Management Board to continue site clearance for 7 projects, with a total area of 162.52 hectares, recovering land from 1,752 organizations, households and individuals. The total compensation and support cost was more than 1,969 billion VND.

Specifically, the ward has completed compensation and site clearance for all 174 organizations, households and individuals under the Hai Phong Road Construction Investment Project and handed over land to the construction contractor.

For the Dai Thang Road Construction Investment Project, the ward has carried out compensation and site clearance for 106 organizations, households and individuals. It is expected that on October 10, it will organize enforcement against the remaining household that has not received compensation.

With the Investment Project to build a new urban area in Duong Kinh district and the old Kien Thuy district (land area in Duong Kinh ward), the locality has carried out compensation and site clearance for 681/733 organizations, households and individuals.

For the Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong Railway Construction Investment Project through Duong Kinh Ward, the locality has inventoried 456/465 households, with 597/613 plots of land, reaching 97.2%, with 16 plots of agricultural land not yet inventoried...

Socio-economic development and national defense and security indicators continued to maintain growth momentum and were basically stable. Total production value was over VND 7,755 billion, reaching 78.7% of the plan; total state budget revenue was over VND 109.9 billion, reaching 60.9% of the city's assigned plan.
