Mong Cai 2 Ward: Propaganda and training in fire prevention and fighting and search and rescue skills

On September 4, the People's Committee of Mong Cai 2 Ward coordinated with the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department (Provincial Police) to organize a conference to propagate and foster fire prevention and rescue skills; mobilize the dismantling of iron cages and "tiger cages"; and open a second escape route for residential buildings in the area.

At the conference, officers of the Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Police Department (Provincial Police) disseminated important contents on the Law on Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue dated November 29, 2024; Decree No. 105/2025/ND-CP dated May 15, 2025 of the Government detailing a number of articles and measures to implement the Law on Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue; propagated and mobilized people and owners of facilities under state management of fire prevention and fighting; propagated and mobilized people to handle and dismantle iron cages, "tiger cages", and open second escape routes for housing projects in the ward; guided facilities to establish management records on fire prevention and fighting and rescue, declare basic information on fire prevention and fighting; provided professional training on fire prevention and fighting and rescue.

Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department officers propagate and disseminate important contents of the Law on Fire Prevention and Rescue.

At the conference, people were also given detailed instructions on fire prevention measures at home and in public places. People were equipped with essential knowledge such as how to use fire extinguishers, how to handle emergency situations, and safe escape skills in case of an incident.
