Khanh Hoa organizes "Regional Specialty Market 2024" and "Cashless Payment Street" at Children's Park and Yen Phi Park, Xuong Huan Ward, Nha Trang City from May 30 to today, June 2.
“Khanh Hoa Regional Specialty Fair 2024” is a trade promotion activity of important economic significance, aiming to promote and introduce products of businesses and production facilities of specialties of each region. The fair has 80 booths of 65 businesses in Khanh Hoa province and neighboring provinces such as: Dak Lak, Lao Cai, Cao Bang, Phan Thiet, Gia Lai, Hai Duong, Tien Giang , Da Nang, Vinh Long, Lam Dong, ... displaying hundreds of OCOP products, typical products of each region.
In parallel with the market activities, Khanh Hoa also launched the "Cashless Payment Street".
The cashless payment street model has the participation of 7 businesses and banks providing cashless payment applications and services, namely VN Pay, VNPT, Viettel,SHB Bank, Bac A Bank, Tien Phong Bank and Nam A Bank.

During the 3 days from May 30 to June 1, in addition to attractive incentives when registering and using banking services, SHB gave thousands of customers participating in the event many meaningful gifts such as umbrellas, piggy banks, hand fans when opening accounts, making online savings deposits...
Not only giving away attractive gifts to customers registering to use the bank's services, SHB and the units participating in the event also advised and supported people and businesses on the benefits and conveniences of cashless payment methods.
Cashless payments help reduce costs of printing, transporting, controlling and storing money; help people limit risks in payments, save travel costs and transaction time.
Thereby, gradually contributing to making non-cash payment methods become the main tool in the transaction and purchase process of people, ensuring security, safety and confidentiality in payment activities, improving the operational efficiency of the banking system and the management efficiency of state agencies in Khanh Hoa province in particular and the whole country in general.
According to the Payment Department (SBV), non-cash payment indicators have grown strongly.
