NDO - Over the past few days, the entire Thai Binh province has joined forces, united in mind, and stretched itself on the front line to prevent record-breaking floods. With a terrain surrounded by rivers on three sides and the sea on the other, the impact of storm No. 3 on Thai Binh is enormous. With great determination, the army and people in the province have been protecting and maintaining key dikes, embankments, and culverts, ensuring the safety of people's lives.
