Major General Nguyen Dang Khai, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of Military Region 2, listened to a report on the plan to build the exercise command center.

Attending the conference were: Colonel Khong Dinh Tam, Chief of Political Affairs of Military Region 2; Colonel Le Van Son, Deputy Chief of Staff of Military Region 2; Colonel Mai Van Toc, Deputy Chief of Logistics and Engineering of Military Region 2; Commander of Division 316 and representatives of agencies and units in the entire Military Region.

At the planned location of the 316th Division's training headquarters and brigades, Colonel Nguyen Tien Dung, Deputy Division Commander and Chief of Staff of the 316th Division, reported on the deployment plan. Accordingly, the entire command headquarters and supporting works will be deployed on an area of ​​about 140 hectares with more than 500 officers and soldiers of the 316th Division and its subordinate units. The report also pointed out that the 316th Division has closely coordinated with local Party committees, authorities and people to achieve good results. This is a favorable condition for synchronous and timely construction according to plan.

Major General Nguyen Dang Khai inspected the proposed locations for the construction of the exercise command post.

After listening to the report and directly inspecting the planned location, Major General Nguyen Dang Khai emphasized that the construction of the exercise command post is of great significance, a key task, requiring close coordination of many forces, ensuring scientific , secret, safe and regular requirements. The Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of Military Region 2 also requested Division 316 and other units to promote the spirit of initiative and creativity, overcome difficulties in terrain, weather, and facilities; at the same time, focus on ensuring logistics, technical, and labor safety during construction.

Concluding the conference, the Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of Military Region 2 assigned specific tasks to each agency and unit; requested to immediately deploy tasks, complete them thoroughly, ensure quality and progress, and serve the 2025 exercise well. The agencies of the Military Region need to coordinate closely, maintain regular reporting and inspection regimes, promptly remove difficulties and obstacles, and be determined to excellently complete the task of building the 2025 exercise command center.
