Lieutenant General Le Ngoc Hai emphasized: Units need to temporarily stop activities at construction sites, urgently inspect and reinforce warehouses, barracks, and reinforce houses, ensuring absolute safety for officers, soldiers, weapons, and technical equipment. At the same time, closely monitor the developments of storm No. 10, proactively coordinate with local authorities in grasping the situation of the area, the operation of boats, and propagandizing and mobilizing fishermen to strictly comply with the ban on going to sea.
In addition, units need to inspect key areas at risk of landslides, flash floods, and inundation to advise and propose plans to evacuate people to safe places, minimizing damage to people and property.
Immediately after the conference, the Military Region 5 Command established two working groups to inspect preparations for storm No. 10 at units stationed in Da Nang city.
Also within the framework of the conference, Military Region 5 deployed the task of being on standby to fight to protect the 12th Party Congress of the Army, term 2025-2030, ensuring absolute safety in all aspects.

Faced with the complicated developments of storm No. 10, the Hue City Border Guard Command has synchronously deployed many measures to proactively respond and ensure the safety of people's lives and property.
Coastal units have organized storm warning flares, calling and guiding ships to anchor. Up to now, all 1,121 vehicles/8,073 workers in the area have entered safe shelter areas. Mobilizing officers and soldiers to coordinate with local authorities and people to reinforce and secure houses to ensure safety before storm No. 10 makes landfall.

On the land border, Border Guard stations have increased their forces to support people in harvesting summer-autumn rice; coordinated with local authorities to review vulnerable points at risk of landslides and flash floods to have response plans.
At the same time, the City Border Guard Command maintains 380 officers and soldiers along with 28 vehicles ready to handle any situation; directs units to regularly monitor the storm's developments closely, organize inspections and review of vulnerable areas at risk of landslides and flooding; coordinate with local authorities to develop response plans, and be ready to relocate and evacuate people from dangerous areas.

According to the plan of the City People's Committee, localities have reviewed and updated plans to relocate 10,132 households/32,697 people, concentrated in coastal areas, lagoons, and high-risk areas.

Faced with the complicated developments of storm No. 10, agencies and units in Fisheries Surveillance Squadron No. 3 (located in Da Nang city) have proactively deployed preparations to prevent, combat and respond to the storm.
Accordingly, agencies and units have proactively developed plans and strategies to mobilize forces, means, equipment, and work to ensure safety in preventing, combating, and overcoming the consequences of storm No. 10. The on-duty system at all levels has been closely maintained, ensuring smooth communication.

The team has actively and proactively deployed storm prevention and control measures at the unit: The barracks, warehouses, and equipment systems are stably and firmly secured; the tree system is trimmed, the sewers are cleared; all types of billboards and signs are removed to ensure safety; the mobile teams ensure the number of personnel, ready to carry out the mission.
Ships on duty at sea and anchored at the port of the Squadron have well prepared storm prevention plans, search and rescue plans, ready to mobilize when situations arise and ensure safety, minimizing damage caused by storms.
The team has also prepared accommodation and plans to welcome people moving to the team's barracks to avoid the storm. At the same time, it has actively coordinated closely with local authorities and authorities in the area, ready to help people respond to and overcome the consequences of the storm.
