Promoting Thai Nguyen tourism in Hue

On September 27, in Hue City, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thai Nguyen province coordinated with the Department of Tourism of Hue City to organize the Program to promote and advertise tourism in Thai Nguyen province in 2025.

Through the Program, we aim to introduce and promote the potentials, strengths, destinations, outstanding tourism products, unique culture and cuisine , and to promote and attract investment in the tourism sector of Thai Nguyen province.

Currently, Thai Nguyen has 713 historical, cultural and scenic relics; 43 national intangible cultural heritages; nearly 60 mysterious caves; 19 provincial-level tourist areas and spots; 741 tourist accommodation establishments, including many restaurants that can meet the needs of 1,000 guests at the same time.

The province has diverse and rich tourism resources, such as: Ba Be National Park Reserve and Special-use Forest; Tam Dao National Forest; Ba Be Lake - one of the 100 largest natural freshwater lakes in the world; Nui Coc Lake famous for its legendary love. Along with that are fruit garden experience models, such as Vo Nhai custard apple, Ngan Son seedless persimmon; many famous products such as Tan Cuong tea, Ba Be fragrant squash, Na Ri vermicelli...

Within the framework of the Program, Thai Nguyen's OCOP products received attention and high appreciation from delegates.

Many villages in Thai Nguyen province have developed community tourism associated with the development of intangible culture to attract tourists, such as: Thai Hai Ethnic Ecological Stilt House Village Conservation Area, Tan Cuong Commune; Dong Khuan Hamlet tourist site, La Bang Commune; Mo Ga Hamlet community tourism site, Vo Nhai Commune; Khuon Tat Hamlet tourist site, Phu Dinh Commune; Pac Ngoi, Bo Lu, Coc Toc villages in Ba Be Commune...

With its geographical advantages, convenient transportation and hospitable people, Thai Nguyen has long been one of the destinations for many domestic and international tourists and investors. It is expected that by 2025, the province's tourism industry will welcome 7.3 million visitors.
