At the Congress, delegates commented that in the past term, despite many difficulties and challenges due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Association successfully organized rich and diverse cultural exchange activities between Vietnam and Japan.

The new point is that the activities introduce the cultures of the two countries simultaneously, not only maintained in both Vietnam and Japan but also completely on the basis of socialization.

In addition, Japanese language teaching at the Nui Truc Center under the Association was maintained during the Covid-19 period and then developed more dynamically, suitable for the new situation; foreign information work was deployed strongly, creatively, effectively, and had a widespread effect; relations with Vietnam-Japan partners were expanded, practical, increasingly in-depth and stable; charity work was always maintained.

However, some planned plans such as organizing Vietnam-Japan cultural exchange events in other provinces and cities outside Hanoi have not been implemented due to objective reasons and financial difficulties.
