Journalist To Phan shared: "Our lives have 24 hours a day, always noisy, busy and sometimes make us run after a hurried cycle. I hope that at some point, each person can stop, calm down to think, to contemplate and to listen to their own feelings about the events that have happened and are happening.
"10am Sunday" is divided into four parts (Memories, The Place Always Waiting for Us to Return, Flavors of Life and Slices) like four interwoven perspectives, together creating a picture rich in humanity and contemplation.
Amidst the noisy streets, To Phan’s writings are like a gentle reminder: slow down, listen to yourself and keep your kindness. There, readers encounter the lingering pain from the hard days, as well as warm memories of parents, friends, and small but great sharing.

Each story exudes a belief: despite the suffering in life, "human love" is still the light that lifts people up after the storm. And above all, it is also a message to always remember family, parents, grandparents, to cherish and be grateful, because family is the starting point of each person, and also the peaceful place to return.
"In life, things don't always go as we wish. Therefore, in this book, I send my articles, memories and reflections on life, with the mindset that we should look at life with a clearer eye. Let's know how to filter and clarify to realize that around us there are still many kind people, living well and beautifully", journalist To Phan shared.
With "10am Sunday", journalist To Phan conveyed a simple yet profound philosophy of life: live lovingly, live kindly and keep faith in the goodness in life.
