Sacombank launches home loan package with attractive interest rates, principal exemption for up to 5 years

Sacombank has just launched two new financial solutions called “Z Home” and “Prime Home”, to meet the increasingly diverse real estate ownership needs of customers - from buying townhouses and apartments to living in or saving for the future.

With “Z Home”, this is a financial solution that aims to support young Vietnamese people to realize their dream of buying a house, gradually building a stable and sustainable life. At the same time, it is also a specific action of Sacombank to implement the Government's direction in implementing preferential credit programs for first-time home buyers.

“Z Home” applies loans for many types of real estate such as apartments, private houses or residential land, suitable for the needs of young customers from 18 to 40 years old who want to own their first home. Customers can use the real estate purchased from the loan as collateral, with a loan limit of up to 85% of the home value.

In particular, Sacombank supports a loan limit of up to 10 billion VND (up to 85% of the guaranteed value) and applies a fixed preferential interest rate of only 6.5%, 7% and 7.5%/year, respectively for 12, 24 and 36 months.

In particular, Sacombank applies a loan term of up to 40 years, helping customers reduce monthly debt repayment pressure and easily plan long-term finances. In addition, customers also have a grace period of up to 5 years for principal repayment, during which time they only need to pay interest, creating conditions for financial stability in the first years of buying a house, especially suitable for young families and new entrepreneurs.

In addition, Sacombank also designed a preferential loan solution "Prime Home" for customers borrowing to buy real estate to accumulate with three fixed preferential interest rates of 8%, 8.5% and 9%/year, corresponding to terms of 1 - 3 years.

Customers are also exempted from paying principal for up to 5 years and only need to prepare a minimum of 15% of the real estate value, Sacombank supports loans of up to 85% of the remaining amount, with no limit on the total loan limit per customer. This policy helps customers not to spend much time on initial accumulation, easily access capital and quickly realize their home ownership plan.
