After groundbreaking, Bao Loc - Lien Khuong expressway project is still facing a lot of paperwork

After inspecting the construction progress of the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway project, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai directed departments and branches to urgently coordinate and remove obstacles related to this project.

On July 18, the working delegation of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee surveyed the starting point of the expressway and the locations of resettlement area construction projects in Ward 1, Bao Loc, Bao Lam 2 Commune, Di Linh Commune, Hoa Ninh Commune and Duc Trong Commune, Lam Dong Province.

At the meeting, localities where the project passed through also raised outstanding issues focusing on compensation for site clearance, inventory of architectural objects and crops; and difficulties in assessing compensation prices.

Faced with difficulties, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai directed relevant departments to guide commune-level authorities on detailed procedures for implementing unit prices and land valuation in site clearance. The Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway project was started by the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee on June 29, 2025. However, up to now, the implementation of the tasks of compensation, support, resettlement; establishment, appraisal and approval of land prices; surveying and mapping of land acquisition... has not been completed and is behind schedule due to changes in administrative boundaries and the absence of district-level authorities.
