Tighten security at the wedding of Puka and Gin Tuan Kiet in Dong Thap

Puka and Gin Tuan Kiet once had a fake wedding in the Western style in the show "Brilliant Journey".

Gin Tuan Kiet and Puka's third wedding was held at the bride's hometown on November 16. According to Gin Tuan Kiet's side, Le Duong Bao Lam confirmed to attend and take on the role of wedding MC.

Gin Tuan Kiet proposed to Puka in September. The couple dated secretly for more than 4 years before going public with their relationship and deciding to get married. Puka shared that she did not want to go public because she was afraid that her private life would affect her work, that the two of them would not go all the way, and that she was afraid of public criticism.

Meanwhile, the party in Ho Chi Minh City was for the groom's family. According to Puka, because Gin Tuan Kiet was the only child in the family, the wedding had to be held in the city so that relatives could come and give their blessings.

Puka is also the daughter that the whole family is looking forward to getting married so she cannot miss the wedding day in her hometown Dong Thap. That is the reason why the couple held 3 wedding parties in 3 different locations.

“Actually, it was a bit tiring and exhausting for me and the guests. At first, Puka thought everyone would only go once, because even I found it annoying. I was really embarrassed to invite friends to my wedding three times, but I didn’t expect everyone to love and attend my wedding so enthusiastically. Some people went to three places,” Puka shared.

In response to public opinion that the couple intentionally “made a splash” by holding multiple weddings, Gin Tuan Kiet denied it. He said that both of them were lucky to be loved by everyone, so the wedding spread widely, and there was no image-making involved.

Puka affirmed that she did not try to explain because holding weddings in many places is not wrong. "In general, weddings are important events for each individual. When you really like and want to do it, you will do it without following anyone's opinion," Puka said.
