Nghe An Department of Home Affairs visited and encouraged policy families affected by floods in Tuong Duong commune.

On the morning of August 10, a working delegation of the Department of Home Affairs led by Mr. Nguyen Viet Hung - Director of the Department visited and encouraged 40 policy families in Tuong Duong commune who were heavily affected by the recent flood.

On this occasion, the delegation visited and encouraged families of war invalids, sick soldiers, martyrs' relatives, people infected with toxic chemicals, and families with revolutionary contributions. The gift included 3 million VND in cash per family, with a total support budget of 120 million VND.

The entire amount was mobilized from contributions of officials, civil servants, public employees, and workers of the Department of Home Affairs and the support of businesses and companies.

Comrade Nguyen Viet Hung and other members of the delegation kindly inquired about the health, shared difficulties and encouraged the families to quickly overcome the consequences and stabilize their lives. He expressed deep sympathy for the losses that people had to endure after the recent flood.
