Exciting Women's Volleyball Tournament to Celebrate Vietnamese Women's Day October 20

In the exciting atmosphere celebrating the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union (October 20, 1930 - October 20, 2025), on October 19, 2025, the Trade Union and Youth Union of Phuoc Long Regional Medical Center jointly organized a Women's Volleyball Tournament with the enthusiastic participation of a large number of union members and workers throughout the Center.

Attending and delivering the opening speech were comrade Le Hoang Lac - Vice Chairman of the Center's Trade Union, along with comrades in the Trade Union Executive Committee, Secretary of the Youth Union and representatives of departments, offices and medical stations. This year's tournament attracted 5 teams representing departments, offices and medical stations, including: Joint team of Pharmacy Department - Medical Equipment and Supplies - Laboratory Department; Joint team of Emergency Department - Intensive Care and Anti-Poison - Examination Department; Joint team of Commune Health Stations; Joint team of Internal Medicine - Pediatrics; and Joint team of Office Block - Prevention Block - Infectious Diseases Department - Traditional Medicine - Rehabilitation Department.

The teams competed in the spirit of “Solidarity – Honesty – Nobility”, creating a joyful, exciting and dramatic competitive atmosphere. Each match demonstrated the sportsmanship , skills, youthfulness and solidarity between union members and workers in the unit.

In the final results, the first prize went to the joint team of Pharmacy Department - Medical Equipment and Supplies - Laboratory Department; the second prize went to the joint team of Emergency Department - Intensive Care and Anti-Poison - Examination Department; the third prize went to the joint team of Commune Health Stations; and the encouragement prize went to the joint team of Internal Medicine - Pediatrics.

The women's volleyball tournament is a practical activity, creating a healthy playground, enhancing the spirit of solidarity and exchange between departments, rooms and medical stations; at the same time, encouraging and promoting the spirit of emulation in labor, study and health training following the example of great Uncle Ho. The activity ended in a joyful and exciting atmosphere, leaving many beautiful impressions, contributing to spreading the spirit of solidarity and pride of the female union members and workers of Phuoc Long Regional Medical Center.
