Song Festival is designed as a digital payment - technology - entertainment festival for young people, where 100% of transactions are done electronically, without cash. Taking place from October 18-19, 2025 at Hanoi University of Science and Technology Stadium, the event brings together 25 banks, financial institutions, international cards and nearly 100 booths in many fields such as education, cuisine, consumption, fashion , technology...
The main stage operates continuously with 5 technology and art performance frames, bringing the "touch - pay - connect" experience through Tap to Pay, Tap to Phone, QR code, e-wallet, mobile payment, eKYC and advanced data security solutions.
The message “One touch – Ten thousand trusts” spreads the spirit of connection between technology, consumption and digital trust, towards a transparent, safe and sustainable payment ecosystem – in the context of strong development of AI and cybersecurity.

The music night "Touch Vietnam", which will be held for the first time on October 19 within the framework of Vietnam Card Day, combines digital technology and performing arts, where music touches emotions - technology touches life, promising to bring a performance rich in connecting energy, all tickets are given free to students.
Technology connects trust, young people lead
To encourage the experience, the Organizing Committee will award 6,000 top-up gifts worth 50,000 VND directly to the participants' accounts. The booths are vividly designed, with diverse products from books, milk tea, coffee, cosmetics, fashion to consumer accessories, along with attractive incentives from banks and brands.
The special highlight is the music night "Touch Vietnam", held for the first time within the framework of Vietnam Card Day. This is not only a music program but also an emotional journey combining digital technology and performance art, where music touches emotions - technology touches life. The event brings together rapper Den, singer Anh Tu, Ngo Lan Huong, Double2T..., promising to bring a performance rich in connecting energy, all tickets are given free to students.

Deputy Governor of the State Bank Pham Tien Dung said: The banking industry has recently made many important strides in digital transformation, under the close direction of the Party, the Government and the State Bank. A modern, safe and efficient payment ecosystem has been gradually formed, with many advanced technologies such as QR Code, mobile payment, and biometrics being widely applied. These technologies not only improve service quality but also create convenient experiences, make transactions transparent and reduce social costs, contributing to promoting digital economic growth.
In particular, Vietnam Card Day has become a familiar meeting place for consumers, contributing to promoting the habit of cashless payments. Deputy Governor Pham Tien Dung emphasized that Song Festival is not only a technology festival, but also a symbol of a wave of innovation - where each small payment touch carries great faith in the digital future of Vietnam. "Each wave of technology is only truly meaningful when it creates a wave of spreading trust and convenience for consumers," he said.
"The banking industry will continue to closely coordinate with the financial industry and relevant parties, promote achievements, promote innovation and comprehensive digital transformation, towards building a sustainable, transparent and prosperous digital economy," said the Deputy Governor.

Ms. Doan Hong Nhung - Member of the Executive Board, Director of Vietcombank Retail Division expressed: The Bank expects consumers, especially young people, to proactively access and experience the bank's modern digital payment services, accompanying the Vietnamese banking system in implementing the Government's policy on cashless payments, contributing towards a green, safe and sustainable society.

In addition to technological activities, charity is a humane highlight that has been maintained throughout the 5 years of organization. From the spirit of gratitude of Vietnam Card Day 2020, the program raised funds to support the community through charity account 1611 at MB Bank. The list of donors is made public on the charity application, ensuring transparency and trust.
After 4 seasons, the program has donated 4 computer classrooms with nearly 100 computers, dozens of scholarships, hundreds of gifts to students in remote areas, with a total value of more than 1 billion VND. Continuing that journey, Vietnam Card Day 2025 calls on organizations, businesses and the community to join hands to contribute, aiming to donate more computer classrooms to children in difficult circumstances.
