Not only did the show encounter technical problems, some viewers also complained about the show's script. Comments said that concert 2 wasted too much time on the sponsor. The beginning of the show was a performance combined with an exchange, but by the end there was no time left, causing the artists to rush to sing. The sound system of the show was also not highly appreciated by viewers.

Myra Tran's appearance was surprising and controversial. She performed Sincerely with Quang Hung Master D, Ali Hoang Duong, Rhyder, Captain and Wean. In July, she was cut off from the airwaves by Say Hi Brother and replaced by Lam Bao Ngoc.
