That is, revoking licenses and certificates on management and use of industrial explosives and explosive precursors; granting certificates of training in industrial explosive safety techniques; re-issuing certificates of training in industrial explosive safety techniques; granting certificates of training in explosive precursor safety techniques; re-issuing certificates of training in explosive precursor safety techniques.

Along with that, the Provincial People's Committee approved 5 internal procedures to handle administrative procedures in the field of industrial explosives, including: Revoking licenses and certificates on management and use of industrial explosives; issuing certificates of training in industrial explosive safety techniques; re-issuing certificates of training in industrial explosive safety techniques; issuing certificates of training in explosive precursor safety techniques; re-issuing certificates of training in explosive precursor safety techniques.

Five internal procedures for handling administrative procedures in the field of industrial explosives and explosive precursors were abolished, including: Revoking licenses and certificates on management and use of industrial explosives and explosive precursors; granting certificates of training in industrial explosive safety techniques; re-issuing certificates of training in industrial explosive safety techniques; granting certificates of training in explosive precursor safety techniques; re-issuing certificates of training in explosive precursor safety techniques.

The Department of Industry and Trade currently has 152 administrative procedures under its jurisdiction. From January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024, the Department of Industry and Trade received 37,263 dossiers, of which 37,240 were resolved, reaching a rate of 99.93%. From January 1-16, 2025, the Department received 325 dossiers, of which 300 were resolved, reaching a rate of 92.3%.
