Implementing the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term; Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW of the Central Executive Committee on promoting Party building and rectification and the political system; resolutely preventing, repelling, and strictly handling cadres and Party members who have degraded in political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, and manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation"; and Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW of the Politburo on continuing to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW dated May 15, 2016 of the 12th Politburo "On promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and lifestyle", the Tan Yen District Party Executive Committee and the District Party Committee have directed the dissemination and serious and effective implementation. The District Party Committee has closely followed the major orientations, concretizing them into programs, plans, projects, directives, and resolutions. Thereby achieving quite comprehensive results in all fields, contributing to changing the face of rural and urban areas.

Up to now, 15/15 targets according to the Resolution of the District Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term have all achieved the implementation progress, some targets have exceeded. Notably, the average growth rate of production value is 12.7%; the budget revenue in the area has increased by an average of 24.5%; 100% of schools meet national standards, 21.1% reach level 2.

The members of the delegation also pointed out some limitations in planning and planning management; the progress of investment in industrial cluster infrastructure is still slow; investment in construction of some urban and residential areas is still small and not synchronized. The work of ensuring security, order and social safety still has potential complications. Some grassroots Party committees have not done a good job of inspection and supervision.

Representatives of the departments, offices, and units of the District Party Committee and the District People's Committee further clarified the work of propagating and studying the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels; increasing the proportion of village chiefs who are Party members. Explained the causes and difficulties in planning, attracting investment, upgrading urban infrastructure, and proposed solutions to overcome them and focus on implementation in the coming time.

He suggested that the district make a stronger breakthrough in carrying out its tasks. Urgently overcome limitations in three pillars: Infrastructure, institutions and human resources. Pay attention to investing in external traffic routes, prioritizing routes connecting with Viet Yen district and Bac Giang city, creating favorable conditions for attracting investment and developing industry and urban areas. Focus on improving administrative reform and digital transformation, contributing to improving the investment and business environment. Focus on training and improving the quality of human resources; promote career guidance for students.
