After the merger, the ward has a total area of ​​over 23 km² (reaching 422% of the regulation), a population of about 123,000 people (equivalent to 585% of the regulation), with 97 residential groups, is a central area with a large population scale and high population density.

In order to ensure that the administrative apparatus of Bac Giang ward officially operates smoothly from July 1, 2025, preparation work has been deployed synchronously and methodically from early on.
