By August 1, 2025, the province had disbursed over 3,800 billion VND, reaching 75.6% of the plan.

Thanks to the synchronous implementation of many solutions in component projects, the poverty reduction rate among ethnic minorities in Cao Bang has reached over 4.6%. Meanwhile, Son La province is also one of the localities with the highest disbursement progress in the country with over 3,666 billion VND disbursed as of June 2025, reaching 64% of the capital plan. The indicators on poverty reduction, access to basic services, infrastructure development, education and health have all made remarkable progress.
