In 2024, the Party Committee and the Provincial Military Command regularly pay attention to directing the close connection between emulation and reward work to create a driving force to promote PTTĐ development; promptly encourage military officers and soldiers to strive to compete to successfully carry out tasks right from the first days of the year; contribute to the comprehensive completion of local defense and military tasks. Thereby, there have been many typical and advanced collectives and individuals in overcoming difficulties, striving to achieve many new achievements, replicating good practices, new factors, and effective models in the provincial military.

In the coming time, the Party Committee and the Provincial Military Command will continue to thoroughly grasp and successfully implement the contents and targets of the 2025 Campaign to Win in conjunction with the special Campaign to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress; widely spread good models, creative ways of doing things, good people, good deeds, typical and advanced individuals in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle to continue affirming the cultural values of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new period, making more worthy contributions to the cause of building, protecting and developing the homeland and country.
