Training on professional skills in inspection, supervision and Party discipline enforcement in 2025

The conference was organized live and connected to 3,446 points nationwide.

Comrade Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Politburo member, Party Central Committee Secretary, Head of the Central Inspection Commission, chaired the conference.

Speaking at the opening of the conference, comrade Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission, emphasized: The Central Inspection Commission always attaches importance to personnel work and considers this a key task when carrying out the Party's inspection and supervision work. The two-level local government apparatus has officially come into operation since July 1, 2025. The inspection, supervision work and legal regulations of the State need to be changed to ensure the operation of the two-level government apparatus, especially the regulations on decentralization and delegation of authority to the inspection, supervision and discipline work of the Party need to be changed to meet the requirements of the tasks in the new situation.

The Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission requested that comrades attending the training course promote the spirit of initiative and responsibility, focus on carefully studying the topics, actively exchange, discuss, share viewpoints and thoughts, thereby unifying the perception of new regulations and requirements of inspection and supervision tasks in the new situation.

At the training conference, delegates were informed of Regulation 296 of the Central Executive Committee on the Party's inspection, supervision and discipline work; Instruction No. 08 of the Secretariat implementing a number of contents of Regulation No. 296-QDTW and instructions of the Central Inspection Commission on personnel work of Inspection Commissions at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party; structure, number, age of members of Inspection Commissions at the grassroots level and at the grassroots level of the Party Committees of the Central Party agencies, the Government Party Committee, the National Assembly Party Committee, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee and central mass organizations for the 2025-2030 term...

The one-day training course helps raise awareness, consolidate and supplement skills, expertise, professionalism and experience in handling situations arising in performing tasks for the team of cadres doing inspection and supervision work, especially at the grassroots level; contributing to improving the quality and effectiveness of inspection, supervision and Party discipline enforcement work, best preparing conditions to serve the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term.
