Speaking at the opening of the training course, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Nghia requested the Organizing Committee to strictly and seriously manage the training program, ensuring the approved time and content; strictly maintain the regulations and rules of the course, and at the same time, coordinate with the National Military Training Center to ensure good conditions for eating, living and working for the officers participating in the training course. The teachers did a good job of preparing, researching and applying appropriate and scientific methods to most effectively convey the training content to the audience.

Regarding the cadres participating in the training, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Nghia requested that they uphold their responsibilities, focus on studying, and absorb the maximum content that is conveyed as a basis for directing, training, and fostering cadres of their agencies and units, and implement it consistently in the following period. The training process must strictly comply with the military regulations, rules, and discipline and the regulations of the class organizing committee, ensuring absolute safety in all aspects.
