Focus on inspecting sectors and fields with signs of corruption and negativity

Kinhtedothi - Permanent Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Le Hong Son signed Decision No. 6522/QD-UBND promulgating the inspection work plan for 2025.

Accordingly, inspection work is deployed from the city level to the district, town and city levels to synchronously and effectively implement the 2022 Law on Inspection and documents related to inspection work. Inspection activities must be carried out in accordance with the authority, functions, tasks, powers and procedures prescribed by law, ensuring that the inspection content is focused and key, meeting the requirements of state management at all levels, sectors and socio -economic development of the country and the city.

The City People's Committee requests to strengthen inspection of state management work and inspection of the responsibilities of leaders, cadres, civil servants and public employees in performing assigned duties, tasks and public services, focusing on sectors, fields and localities with many signs of violations, corruption, negativity or many complaints and denunciations that are of public concern. Thereby, promptly detecting and correcting weaknesses and shortcomings in state management; taking strict and lawful measures to handle groups and individuals who violate the law, commit corruption and negativity; making recommendations to improve policies and laws that are still inadequate and have loopholes...

Regarding the work of receiving citizens, handling complaints and denunciations, the City People's Committee requires improving the effectiveness of propaganda and dissemination of laws; strictly implementing the information and reporting regime on receiving citizens, handling complaints and denunciations. Reviewing and evaluating the implementation of policies and laws related to the work of receiving citizens, handling complaints and denunciations. Improving the quality of training and professional development; focusing on arranging and assigning cadres with sufficient qualities, capacity and qualifications to perform the tasks of receiving citizens, handling complaints and denunciations; mediation work at the grassroots level associated with mass mobilization work.
