Tay Ninh exchanges cooperation in training and studying abroad with the Korean WFME Federation

Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Tay Ninh province Ly Thanh Binh chaired the meeting.

At the meeting, WFME representatives introduced Nam Seoul University - a prestigious training institution with more than 30 years of operation, currently having about 12,000 students, including 2,000 international students, most of whom come from Vietnam.

The school has strengths in training in the fields of Medicine and Sports, especially golf, and has the need to enroll an unlimited number of Vietnamese international students at college level and above.

Representatives of the two sides discussed cooperation programs in training and selecting students to study abroad in the fields of medicine and golf.

The Federation proposed that Tay Ninh province have a policy to support local students to study abroad to serve the human resource needs of Korean enterprises operating in Vietnam. For the medical sector, after graduation, students will have the opportunity to work in Korea or Korean companies investing in the country.

In addition, WFME also expressed its desire to send Korean students and interns to Tay Ninh to study, exchange and practice golf. Each group is expected to have 35-50 people, staying in the locality for about 60-90 days.

The exchange opened up opportunities to promote educational cooperation, improve the quality of human resources and expand cultural and sports exchanges between Tay Ninh province and Korea in the coming time./.
