During the 2 days (October 5-6), the trainees will exchange and research 7 topics: Leadership and management skills for staff, management leaders in the current period; socio-economic development situation of Thach Ha in the first 9 months of the year, investment promotion work in the past time and some orientations in the coming time;

Innovation in leadership and management style for grassroots cadres according to Ho Chi Minh's thought; national defense and security strategies of some countries related to Vietnam's national defense and security; sustainable values of Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh's thought in today's era; some new regulations on cadre work and solutions to build a cadre team of equal caliber, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new development period; digital transformation - current situation and some recommendations.
