Appraisal of script and stage layout of special art program "Thanh am Yen Tu - Eternal heritage"

On the evening of August 4, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized an appraisal of the script and stage layout of the special art program "Thanh am Yen Tu - Eternal heritage" to celebrate the Yen Tu - Vinh Nghiem - Con Son, Kiep Bac relic and landscape complex as a world cultural heritage.

Attending the appraisal were Associate Professor, Dr. Ta Quang Dong, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism ; members of the Quang Ninh Provincial Arts Council; art consultants; representatives of relevant departments, branches, agencies and units.

The script of the special art program “Thanh am Yen Tu – A thousand-year heritage” is expected to be 120 minutes long, including 3 chapters: “ Sacred land at the dragon's head”, “Buddhism accompanies the nation” and “Quang Ninh reaches out for integration”.

The program has the participation of Meritorious Artist Thanh Thanh Hien, Meritorious Artist Hoang Tung, singers Tung Duong, Kieu Anh, Vu Thang Loi, Ngoc Anh, Thu Hang, Dong Hung, Viet Danh, Khanh Chi, Thang Long group... along with 80 professional dancers, 300 extras, 20 folk artists, 50 festival drummers and 30 choir artists.

Leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism spoke at the conference.

The members of the Art Council all highly appreciated the program script which has a clear, coherent structure, reasonable layout and shows the central theme of cultural heritage values, Truc Lam Buddhism as well as the development and integration process of Quang Ninh province in the context of international integration.

Representative of Tung Lam Development Joint Stock Company commented on the program script.

The Council unanimously appreciated the creative and serious spirit of the production team and approved the script . However, the Council requested to adjust some details about the layout, MC's introduction, stage effects, and choose a more suitable performance location to highlight the "heritage sound " nature, associated with the cultural and historical depth of Yen Tu land in particular and Quang Ninh in general.

2 stage layout options.

The provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the coordinating unit will continue to complete the script according to comments, submit it to the Provincial People's Committee for official approval and organize rehearsals and staging according to schedule. The program is expected to take place at 8:10 p.m. on August 15 at Minh Tam Square, Yen Tu scenic relic site, Yen Tu ward, Quang Ninh province and will be broadcast live on the infrastructure of the Provincial Media Center.
