Highlights of the art program "Faith in the Party - Firm steps towards the future"

(GLO)- On the evening of September 30, at Dai Doan Ket Square (Pleiku ward), the art program welcoming the 1st Gia Lai Provincial Party Congress (term 2025-2030) with the theme "Faith in the Party - Firm steps towards the future" took place in an exciting atmosphere and left a deep impression on the audience.

Attending the program were Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Thanh Lich; representatives of departments, branches, sectors and organizations of the province; leaders of some communes and wards and a large number of people.

The art program was elaborately staged, divided into 3 themes. In part I "The light of the Party guides the way, faith and aspiration" there were performances such as: The Party Flag (composed by Van An); Leader Song medley - Welcome to the Communist Party of Vietnam (composed by Do Minh, choreographed by Nguyen Co); Who loves Uncle Ho Chi Minh more than children - Last night I dreamed of meeting Uncle Ho - Remembering Uncle Ho's grace (composed by Phong Nha - Xuan Giao - Phan Huynh Dieu)... praising the glorious Party, great Uncle Ho, recreating revolutionary spirit, arousing national pride and love for the homeland and country.

In particular, the performance of The Bird That Brings Good News (composed by Dam Thanh) performed by Colonel - People's Artist Ro Cham Phiang and accompanied by two gong groups created an artistic space that was both majestic and imbued with the cultural identity of the Central Highlands.

Part II with the theme " Gia Lai echoes the great forest", the audience can immerse themselves in musical performances, singing and dancing, martial arts, folk songs... imbued with identity, recreating the beauty of the mountains, forests, people and typical cultural activities of ethnic groups in Gia Lai.

Part III with the theme "Aspiration to reach high - Innovation and development" concluded the program with songs praising the innovative homeland, the aspirations of youth, the aspirations of integration and development...

The highlight of the program is the harmonious combination of traditional and modern art, affirming the rich cultural identity of Gia Lai in the integration flow.

The art program affirmed the great political significance of the 1st Gia Lai Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, in the context after the merger of Gia Lai (old) and Binh Dinh provinces.

Not only is this a large-scale cultural event, it is also an opportunity for people in the province to look back on the glorious historical journey under the leadership of the Party, the solidarity of cadres, party members and people in the whole province; affirming the steadfast belief, aspiration and will to rise up on the path of innovation, building the homeland to be increasingly rich, beautiful, civilized and modern.
