Thanh Hoa: 100% of boat owners have grasped information and the path of storm No. 5.

(Baothanhhoa.vn) - Faced with the complicated developments of storm No. 5, authorities are actively communicating and calling on ships operating at sea to return to safe shelters.

Forces are actively guiding boats to take shelter from storms on the Ly River.

Thanh Hoa province currently has 6,555 vessels/20,580 workers. As of yesterday morning (August 23), 5,179 vessels/13,173 workers were safely anchored at the port.

There are currently 1,376 vehicles/7,407 workers operating at sea. Of which, operating in the Quang Ninh area are 245 vehicles/1,705 workers; Hai Phong 59 vehicles/388 workers; Hung Yen 48 vehicles/72 workers; Ninh Binh 117 vehicles/388 workers; Thanh Hoa - Ha Tinh 809 vehicles/3,960 workers; Quang Tri 71 vehicles/668 workers; Quang Ngai 1 vehicle/10 workers; Hue 4 vehicles/35 workers; Khanh Hoa 11 vehicles/95 workers; Ho Chi Minh City 7 vehicles/52 workers; Ca Mau 4 vehicles/34 workers.

All vessels operating at sea have been called and instructed to leave the danger zone or seek safe shelter. All captains and ship owners have been informed about storm No. 5 and are in regular contact with authorities, families and local authorities.
