At the same time, pay attention to supporting the approval of compensation plans for the remaining foundation and corridor positions; support the resolution of problems and arising issues during the construction process, including those related to the return of public roads, inter-village and inter-commune roads, and organize security and order for construction in cases of intentional obstruction of construction.

In particular, the investor specifically proposed a number of problems such as: The People's Committee of Nhu Thanh district completed the construction security plan for wire pulling work at columns 70-71 and 71-72 in Thanh Ky commune because households had received compensation according to the approved plan but prevented the construction unit from pulling the wire; The People's Committee of Nghi Son town resolved problems at a number of locations where people requested not to receive compensation for land clearance due to overlapping areas.

The investor also requested local support in resources for the restoration of the site and roads during construction; propaganda, mobilization and support in the demolition of houses, architectural works, cutting down and clearing remaining trees in the route corridor to ensure power supply and operation.

After listening to the investor's recommendations and opinions from sectors and localities, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Mai Xuan Liem affirmed: Thanh Hoa Province is committed to mobilizing the highest resources to accompany the investor and construction units, determined to complete the project in accordance with the direction of the Prime Minister.

He requested that sectors and localities focus on leading and directing the implementation of tasks under their responsibilities, especially the work of clearing remaining problems in the route corridor, creating the most favorable conditions for contractors to pull wires, accept and energize the project.

Based on the specific recommendations of the investor, he assigned the sectors and units to have plans to mobilize human resources and materials to support the investor and the construction units. Specifically, he assigned the Provincial Military Command to arrange forces to support the investor and the contractor to repair and restore the public service roads. Regarding the time and number of mobilized personnel, the Provincial Military Command will agree with the investor to proceed with the implementation.

Regarding security and order, he requested the National Power Transmission Corporation to coordinate directly with the Provincial Police and local authorities to handle specific situations according to actual requirements. Accordingly, for construction items that have ensured the prescribed order and procedures, if there is any obstruction of construction, it will be strictly handled according to regulations.

At the same time, assigned the Provincial Fatherland Front, the Provincial Women's Union, and the Provincial Youth Union to arrange a provincial delegation to visit, encourage, and provide logistical support to the construction force at the construction site; do a good job of information, propaganda, and mobilization work, creating consensus, unity, and mobilizing participation and support from all people for this project of special importance and significance.

He also requested the investor to closely coordinate with the locality during the construction process; review and direct the contractor to restore damaged traffic infrastructure during the construction process according to the commitment.
