Kinhtedothi-After 2 weeks of implementing the contents of Youth Month 2025, many targets have achieved high completion rates, exceeding targets such as: organizing volunteer activities to protect the environment, respond to climate change; volunteer activities to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas.

On March 18, the Youth Front Committee - Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union said that after 2 weeks of implementing the contents of Youth Month 2025, many targets have achieved a high completion rate, and some targets have exceeded the registered level.

Typical indicators include the organization of voluntary activities to protect the environment and respond to climate change (reaching 103%); voluntary activities to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas (reaching 91%); voluntary activities to participate in ensuring traffic order and safety (reaching 80%). Or indicators related to the implementation of the emulation movement to join hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide in 2025; the movement "Education for the masses"... all reached over 70%.

"The activities attracted a large number of union members and young people to participate, and the mobilized resources were of great value; the key points, key points, and difficult issues at the locality and unit were correctly identified to organize the activities, which shows the initiative and creativity in organizing programs and activities of the Union chapters at all levels" - Head of the Youth Front Committee Nguyen Kim Quy said.

Some specific results can be mentioned as, on March 15, the Central Youth Union deployed the peak day of "Volunteering to build civilized urban areas" simultaneously at 100% of ward and town Youth Unions across the country. There were 4,196 youth volunteer teams deployed with the participation of 132,779 union members and young people with activities such as: maintaining and building new roads (streets, alleys) that are bright - green - clean - beautiful - civilized - safe managed by the Youth Union; planting new trees in urban areas, constructing mural roads; building and repairing cultural houses, community activity houses, charity houses, playgrounds for children and teenagers, volunteering to support at relic sites, crowded cultural activity spots, propagating the construction of civilized urban lifestyle... with a total budget for implementing projects and tasks reaching more than 16.2 billion VND.

In addition, activities to care for, accompany and promote youth also took place during the week. Youth Union chapters at all levels continued to mobilize funds to support the construction and repair of 646 houses with 22,047 working days of youth union members participating, with a total support value of more than 18.7 billion VND (the total results after 2 weeks reached 74% of the registered target).

Youth Union and Association chapters at all levels across the country have maintained and deployed 4,168 new "Digital Education for the People" volunteer youth teams with young people as the core, organizing 2,239 activities to support training and popularize digital skills for 424,246 people (the total results after 2 weeks reached 72% of the registered target).

The entire delegation also supported 458 areas with ethnic minorities, with 22,544 ethnic minorities receiving support; carried out 7,862 volunteer activities to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas; 5,738 volunteer activities to protect the environment and respond to climate change...

At the same time, last week, a number of activities took place such as: The Central Youth Union Secretariat organized the Youth Voice - Youth Union Actions forum with the theme "Youth mission in the era of national rise"; The Central Youth Union organized an online discussion program with the theme "Building a strong Youth Union is building the Party one step ahead", contributing to creating resources and forming future generations of leaders with sufficient capacity and qualities to meet the increasing needs of modern society.
