At the places the delegation visited and presented gifts, the leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Yen Bai province, Yen Bai ward and benefactors kindly visited and encouraged the families to overcome difficulties and soon stabilize their lives.
It is known that due to the impact of storm No. 10, Yen Bai ward has over 5,000 households, belonging to 38 residential groups affected.
