Quang Ngai Tax Department requests 3 more business leaders to temporarily suspend their exit from the country

On the afternoon of March 18, the Quang Ngai Provincial Tax Department said it had sent a document requesting the Immigration Department, Ministry of Public Security , to temporarily suspend the exit of three leaders who are legal representatives of three enterprises in Quang Ngai province, because the enterprises have not fulfilled their tax obligations to the State.

According to the announcement of the Quang Ngai Tax Department, the first is Mr. Cao Xuan Chung (51 years old), Director of Tan Viet Joint Stock Company (Sai Gon - Dung Quat Industrial Park, Binh Son District, Quang Ngai), residing on Tran Cam Street, Quang Ngai City. Mr. Chung was requested to postpone his exit from the country from February 29. The enterprise of which Mr. Chung is the legal representative is being forced to execute an administrative decision on tax management and has not yet fulfilled its tax payment obligation.

The second is Mr. Bui Van Hung (54 years old), Chairman of the Board of Directors of Quang Ngai Tourism Joint Stock Company, residing in H.Ea H ^, leo ( Dak Lak ), headquartered on Quang Trung Street, Quang Ngai City. Mr. Hung was also requested not to leave the country from February 29. Currently, Quang Ngai Tourism Joint Stock Company has been forced under an administrative decision on tax management for not fulfilling its tax payment obligations.

Third is Mr. Vo Van Tung (69 years old), residing in Nghia Lo Ward, Quang Ngai City, legal representative of Viet Tien Forestry Processing Company, headquartered in Quang Phu Industrial Park, Quang Ngai City. Mr. Tung was requested to postpone his exit from March 13, because of the company's failure to fulfill its tax obligations.

Previously, the Quang Ngai Tax Department had requested the Immigration Department, Ministry of Public Security to temporarily suspend the exit of leaders of 3 other enterprises in Quang Ngai province. They are: Dang Le, General Director of Quang Ngai Food Joint Stock Company; Ho Nam, Director of Phu An Loc Construction Investment Company Limited; Le Quang Duyen, Director of Viet Sin Concrete Joint Stock Company.
