Recently, on September 18, the Department of Education and Training worked with the Department of Culture and Society, the People's Committee of Ben Thanh Ward and the Board of Directors of Le Ngoc Han Primary School to verify the content of the above incident.

Through the principal's report, the Parents' Committee of class 5/2 of Le Ngoc Han Primary School presented a table of expected revenue and expenditure for the year, including the content of "Equipping and installing network system for the class".

Allowing the class parent representative committee to propose contents that are not in accordance with regulations, at point b, clause 4, article 10, Circular 55 of the Ministry of Education and Training, has caused anger among parents and students of the school. At the same time, it has created negative public opinion about the education and training sector, related to the management and operation responsibilities of the school principal.

To enhance the sense of responsibility of educational management staff, the Department of Education and Training requested the People's Committee of Ben Thanh Ward to organize a review of the responsibility of the Principal of Le Ngoc Han Primary School in managing the unit, causing negative public opinion to affect the reputation of the school and the industry.

At the same time, it is recommended that the People's Committee of Ben Thanh Ward have a plan for a general review, take measures to promptly handle and rectify all educational facilities in the entire ward, in order to rectify violations that occur (if any), and take measures to avoid similar situations from happening.

According to the plan of the Department of Education and Training, from September 29 to October 31, the Department of Education and Training will inspect kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools, and high schools on the implementation and implementation of collections, fundraising, receiving, managing, and using aid, sponsorship, and gifts at schools, and operating expenses of the Parents' Association.
