741 more foreign investors were granted transaction codes in the third quarter

Specifically, in September 2024, the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation granted securities trading codes to 198 foreign investors and economic organizations with foreign investment owning over 50% of charter capital (36 organizations and 162 individuals).

In addition, VSDC approved information changes for 78 foreign investors (24 organizations and 54 individuals), and canceled securities trading codes for 3 foreign investors (3 organizations).

Thus, in the third quarter of 2024, the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation granted securities trading codes to 741 foreign investors (88 organizations and 653 individuals).

Cancel securities trading codes for 14 foreign investors (11 organizations and 3 individuals).

The current number of securities trading codes is 48,535 codes (5,996 organizations and 42,539 individuals).
