Informing the press on the evening of October 1, the Department of Cyber ​​Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention (A05 - Ministry of Public Security ) said that the "Digital Trust" Alliance will launch the "Not Alone" campaign to combat online kidnapping.

This is also an activity in the series of events of the Hanoi Convention Signing Ceremony taking place on October 25 and 26.

Young people are vulnerable to all forms of enticement, fraud, manipulation and kidnapping through cyberspace. The “Not Alone” campaign is led by the “Digital Trust” Alliance - a collaborative initiative connecting the community of influential people in cyberspace. This is an effort to accompany the Government , society and people in protecting vulnerable groups in cyberspace and contribute to affirming Vietnam’s pioneering spirit in spreading the spirit of the Convention to all classes of people, first of all the vulnerable groups.

The results of the Campaign will be a clear demonstration of a responsible Vietnam in global issues and contribute beautiful images to welcome international guests to Vietnam to attend the signing ceremony of the Hanoi Convention.

Within the framework of the campaign, the Organizing Committee will deploy a series of diverse activities, combining both online and offline activities to spread the message and raise public awareness.

According to the plan, from October 6 to November 30, 2025, the communication campaign on cyberspace will be promoted with the participation of KOLs, digital platforms, press and media agencies. Various forms such as infographics, video clips, talk shows, livestreams, minigames... will help students and parents identify online tricks of seduction and fraud.

Within the framework of the campaign, there will be activities such as: A series of workshops and training sessions at schools across the country will be organized to equip students with digital safety skills. The activities will be accompanied by KOLs, reporters, local police forces, and at the same time, a handbook on preventing online seduction will be issued and response programs launched in schools.

The Online Safety Festival will take place on October 18-19 at Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square (Hanoi), offering a space for virtual reality experiences, exhibitions, video screenings and collective commitment signing activities, attracting the direct participation of children, teenagers and parents.

In particular, on October 25-26, on the sidelines of the Hanoi Convention signing ceremony, an international seminar will take place to promote cross-border cooperation in preventing and combating human trafficking targeting adolescents.

Also at this event, a video summarizing the campaign's activities will be screened at the official session, demonstrating Vietnam's responsibility and strong commitment to spreading the spirit of the Convention to all levels of people, especially the vulnerable.
