Emulating 120 days of breakthrough, joining hands to complete the 8% growth target

On September 9, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor announced that it had just issued a plan to launch a peak emulation campaign to welcome the 14th National Congress of the Party and the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress.

The competition has the theme: "120 days of creativity, breakthrough, and successful completion of goals and tasks in 2025"; from now until December 31, 2025.

This is one of the key activities to promote patriotic emulation movements among cadres, union members, and workers, welcoming the 14th National Congress of the Party and the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress, contributing to promoting economic growth, ensuring the national growth target of 8% or more in 2025.

The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor requires all levels of the General Confederation of Labor to focus on emulation contents, such as: Focusing on resolutely organizing and implementing emulation movements with a spirit of innovation, action, and efficiency, creating a strong momentum towards successfully completing the tasks of 2025. Strengthening communication about the exciting emulation atmosphere to welcome the Party Congress and the Patriotic Emulation Congress, associated with praising typical models, initiatives, and achievements in the entire system.

Organize emulation movements closely related to political tasks and practical conditions, focusing on sprint emulation, speeding up progress, ensuring the quality of works and products; promoting initiatives, contributing to increasing labor productivity, saving costs, improving production and business efficiency; focusing on emulation movements in the non-state enterprise sector.

Strongly respond to the emulation movement launched by the Government . Specify the contents, targets and major emulation tasks, such as: "Emulation to complete the 8% growth target", "Emulation to innovate and digital transformation", "Digital education for all", "Promoting the development of synchronous and modern infrastructure; practicing thrift, fighting waste" associated with each field, industry, locality and unit.

Compete to implement major programs and projects according to Resolution No. 02-NQ/TU of the Politburo and Resolution of the 13th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union, focusing on developing union members, establishing grassroots unions; caring for workers; improving staff capacity in the spirit of: Being determined in welfare activities; representing and protecting workers' rights; having initiatives to take care of Tet, stabilizing jobs at the end of the year; promptly dialogue and resolve difficulties for union members and workers affected by order cuts, layoffs, lack of work...
