After 135 communes and wards completed the congress, the spirit of patriotic emulation was widely promoted among cadres, party members and people. With the motto "taking people as the center, the highest goal is to serve the people, making people's lives better", localities have concretized the resolution with practical action programs.

In An Nhon ward, the ward Party Committee held a ceremony to launch a patriotic emulation movement throughout the Party Committee. Secretary of the ward Party Committee Le Thanh Tung said that in the 2025 - 2030 term, An Nhon set a target of increasing the average total product value of the period to 14.7 - 15.2%/year, focusing on the advantages of the industry, construction and service sectors.

Currently, the ward has 3 industrial clusters with an area of over 172 hectares, of which 2 industrial clusters Doi Hoa Son and Tan Duc have come into operation, Tan Nghi Industrial Cluster is calling for attracting businesses to invest in infrastructure.

“Convenient traffic infrastructure is a great advantage for An Nhon ward to promote investment attraction in industrial clusters, creating a push for rapid and sustainable development in the new term” - Party Secretary Le Thanh Tung affirmed.

In De Gi commune, the competitive atmosphere is spreading strongly. The commune sets a target for the 5 years 2025 - 2030, product value growth of over 10%/year, average income per capita increase of 8%/year; by 2030, services - tourism and aquaculture account for 70% of the economic structure, multidimensional poor households will be less than 0.5%.

Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune, Vo Van Tai, affirmed: "The Party Executive Committee of the commune focuses on leading and directing the development of action programs and specific plans, thoroughly grasping the viewpoint that the Resolution only truly has vitality when it comes into life, is agreed upon, supported and actively implemented by the people."

Promoting the strengths of each locality

By early September 2025, all 135 communes and wards in the province had launched emulation movements to implement socio-economic development, national defense and security programs. Each place has its own characteristics but all focus on exploiting advantages and effectively using resources.

Along with socio-economic development, action programs also focus on Party building, administrative reform, and improving people's quality of life. Many localities pay special attention to developing clean agriculture , building civilized urban areas, building advanced new rural areas and moving towards model new rural areas, improving traffic infrastructure, schools, healthcare, public services, etc.

Mr. Pham Van Kien (Party member in Ngai An village, De Gi commune) shared: With the goal of turning De Gi into a strong comprehensive economic area of the region, developing multi-industry, especially high-quality urban areas associated with trade - services, marine industry, sea and island tourism , eco-tourism, I think the resolution has closely followed reality, opened up many development opportunities for people to benefit, helping the homeland to increasingly innovate and develop. People believe and expect that the emulation movement will bring a new look to the homeland.

In Canh Vinh commune, the emulation movement continues to be renewed to arouse the spirit of creativity and responsibility among cadres, party members and people. The locality promotes the advantages of Becamex VSIP Binh Dinh Industrial, Urban and Service Park to develop industry, aiming to increase product value by 33.9%/year, contributing significantly to the overall development of the industrial - construction sector of the commune reaching 40.4%/year.

Chairman of Canh Vinh Commune People's Committee Duong Hiep Hoa said: "The commune focuses on exploiting its potential to the fullest, promoting the attraction of clean industrial projects, deep processing industry, supporting industry, wood processing, furniture, plastic rattan, etc."

Responding to the emulation movement, Mr. Nguyen Van Lang - General Director of Becamex Binh Dinh Joint Stock Company - emphasized that the goal for the period 2025 - 2027 will be to attract about 20 enterprises to invest in Becamex VSIP Binh Dinh Industrial, Urban and Service Park. Currently, the industrial park has prepared a clean land fund of more than 300 hectares, ready to welcome investors.

In order for emulation movements to implement resolutions of Party Congresses of communes and wards to be highly effective, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Rah Lan Chung said that in the process of implementing emulation movements to implement resolutions of Party Congresses of communes, wards and localities, it is necessary to attach responsibility to Party Committees, heads and specialized departments and offices.
