On August 25, Ea Kar District Police ( Dak Lak ) said that the unit had received the case file and was investigating the case of a 17-year-old girl who snatched someone else's phone and ran away.
According to initial information, at noon on August 23, the young woman entered a phone store in Ea Sar commune (Ea Kar district) to ask for information about some phone products. Here, when the store owner handed over the repaired phone to the customer, the girl quickly snatched it and ran out.

The girl then quickly climbed onto her motorbike to escape, but no matter how hard she tried to start it, the motorbike still wouldn’t start. Faced with the incident, the locals shouted and managed to hold the girl and the evidence to hand over to the police.
Upon receiving the information, Ea Sar Commune Police took the girl to the headquarters for questioning. Initially, the girl said she was 17 years old, residing in Ea Dar Commune (Ea Kar District) and due to lack of money, she took the risk.

The clip of the girl being surrounded by people was posted on social media, many people criticized the girl for being too young to commit bad behavior when snatching other people's property.
