Collect labor information of more than 400 businesses to connect supply and demand

In September 2025, Hai Phong Employment Service Center stopped receiving information via the website: https://www.vieclamhaiphong.net, and officially managed and operated the website https://www.vieclamhaiduong.vn.

157 businesses have created new accounts to update information on labor recruitment needs, 36 businesses reported labor fluctuations, 258 businesses have a need to add personnel in nearly 500 job positions...

The center collects information on the job search needs of more than 800 people who directly contact the center, through online consultation and many other survey methods. More than 4,000 people (including participants in direct and online job transactions, workers receiving unemployment benefits) are connected, consulted and introduced to job information.

The center's regular collection of labor information contributes to diversifying digital data about businesses, ensuring the exploitation, use, and sharing of employment data information according to the principles of "correct, sufficient, clean, alive, unified, and shared".

The collected database is an important basis for the center to plan and implement solutions to promote the connection between labor supply and demand in the fourth quarter of this year, advising the Department of Home Affairs to propose the City People's Committee to implement a long-term policy to attract workers in the coming time to ensure transparency, stability and development of the labor market in Hai Phong.
