Prime Minister disciplines and reprimands Quang Nam Province Chairman Le Tri Thanh

According to Decision No. 81/QD-TTg dated January 18, 2024, Mr. Le Tri Thanh - Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province was disciplined in the form of reprimand due to violations and shortcomings in his work and the Central Inspection Commission had disciplined the party; the disciplinary period is calculated from the date of announcement of Decision No. 1326-QD/UBKTTW dated November 30, 2023 of the Central Inspection Commission.

According to Decision No. 77/QD-TTg dated January 18, 2024, Mr. Nguyen Hong Quang - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province was disciplined in the form of a Warning due to violations and shortcomings in his work and the Central Inspection Commission had disciplined the Party; the disciplinary period is calculated from the date of announcement of Decision No. 1328-QD/UBKTTW dated November 30, 2023 of the Central Inspection Commission on party discipline enforcement.

According to Decision No. 78/QD-TTg dated January 18, 2024, Mr. Huynh Khanh Toan, former Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province, was disciplined in the form of a Warning due to violations and shortcomings in his work and the Central Inspection Commission had disciplined the Party; the disciplinary period is calculated from the date of announcement of Decision No. 1329-QD/UBKTTW dated November 30, 2023 of the Central Inspection Commission on party discipline enforcement.

According to Decision No. 79/QD-TTg dated January 18, 2024, disciplinary action in the form of removing the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province for the 2016-2021 term against Mr. Tran Dinh Tung - former Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province, due to violations and shortcomings in work and the Secretariat has taken party discipline; the disciplinary period is calculated from the date of announcement of Decision No. 1066-QDNS/TW dated December 21, 2023 of the Secretariat on taking party discipline.

According to Decision No. 80/QD-TTg dated January 18, 2024, Mr. Dinh Van Thu - former Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province - was disciplined in the form of a Warning due to violations and shortcomings in his work and the Central Inspection Commission had disciplined the Party; the disciplinary period is calculated from the date of announcement of Decision No. 1327-QD/UBKTTW dated November 30, 2023 of the Central Inspection Commission.

These Decisions come into force from the date of signing and promulgation, January 18, 2024 .
